Iris Kasper, MA (born 1995) lives and works in Graz, Austria. Since 2014 she has worked in various art and cultural institutions (kunstGarten, esc medien kunst labor, Schaumbad – Freies Atelierhaus Graz…) in different job positions. Between 2015 and 2018 she carried out several exhibition projects in Graz and internationally with contemporary collective graz (ccg), which she co-founded. A consistent project of ccg was the presentation of local and international artists at Schaufenstergalerie Scharf, a shop window display in the city centre of Graz. Until spring 2020, she was managing director at Schaumbad – Freies Atelierhaus Graz. In 2022 she graduated from the Institute of Art History at the University of Graz, her master thesis on collaborative feminist art in Graz was honored with the Maria Matzner Women’s Prize. Besides some local exhibitions, she also implemented projects in Tbilisi, Georgia as well as in Brno and Olomouc in the Czech Republic. Currently she works as a project manager at < rotor > centre for contemporary art.
